About Us

The Alliance for Global Growth (“AGG”) is a global network of partner-oriented lower middle market private equity firms committed to creating value for their portfolio companies.

AGG is the first of its kind, and its purposes are (1) to provide a forum for member firms to share ideas regarding best practices for fundraising, deal origination, due diligence, portfolio management, and administration; and (2) to help member firms and their portfolio companies expand their geographic reach both domestically and internationally. AGG intends to support growth for its members’ portfolio companies, increase opportunities for sale at the point of exit, and contribute to deal origination and overseas investment opportunities. Moreover, AGG participants gather each year to provide state-of-the-art education training for partners and associates.

AGG currently includes 11 participants drawn from Western Europe and the United States. The network includes: Axcel (Denmark), a Nordic mid-market specialist in Copenhagen; Caltius Equity Partners (US), a middle market private equity firm based in Los Angeles; Dunedin (UK), a mid-market specialist operating out of Edinburgh and London; Finatem (Germany), a mid-market ("Mittelstand") private equity firm based in Frankfurt; Harris Preston & Partners (US), an Austin-based firm focused on co-investments; Nazca Capital (Spain), a mid-market private equity firm based in Madrid; Nixen (France), an independent private equity management company based in Paris; Presidio Investors (US), a growth-oriented lower middle market private equity buyout firm based in San Francisco and Austin; Silver Oak Services Partners (US), a lower middle market private equity firm focused on service companies, based in Chicago; Stone-Goff Partners (US), a lower middle market private equity firm in New York City (& Boston); and Wincove Private Holdings (US), a private investment firm operating out of New York City and Boston with permanent capital.
